These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the @my_selfie_app_bot Telegram bot and the myselfie.app website (together, the “Service”), operated by MySelfieApp (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. The Service
MySelfieApp lets you send a photo through Telegram and receive an AI-edited version using various effects. The Service runs on top of Telegram and third-party AI providers, and is offered on an “as is” basis.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your content and acceptable use
You keep all rights to the photos you send. You are responsible for the photos you upload, and by uploading you confirm that:
- You own the photo or have permission to use it, and to have it of any person shown in it.
- You will not upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, hateful, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
- You will not use the Service to impersonate others, create misleading “deepfakes”, or deceive, defraud, or harm anyone.
- You will not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
You grant us a limited license to process your photo solely to generate the effect you request. We claim no ownership of your photos or the results. See our Privacy Policy for how images are handled.
4. AI-generated results
Results are produced by automated AI models and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unrealistic. We don’t guarantee any particular quality, likeness, or outcome. Results carry a “MySelfieApp” watermark. You’re responsible for how you use the images you receive.
5. Credits, payments and refunds
- You get a number of free effects each day. Beyond that, you can buy credit packs using Telegram Stars.
- Prices and free limits are shown in the bot and may change over time.
- Purchased credits do not expire but have no cash value and are not transferable.
- Because effects are delivered instantly, purchases are generally final. If an effect fails, you are not charged. For other refund requests, contact us (see below) or use Telegram’s Stars refund process; refunds are granted at our discretion and as required by law.
6. Third-party services
The Service depends on Telegram and on AI providers such as Replicate. Your use is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their services, availability, or actions.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including effects, prices, and free limits. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
